In addition, m6A and PCD also play a key regulatory role in tumor drug resistance (see Figure 1).Therefore, targeting the m6A/PCD regulatory axis can provide a new strategy for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis assessment of tumors, and also open up a new horizon for the clinical application of m6A and PCD studies.FIG. 1. These two articles are the summary of the team’s phased achievements in the past two years. He also thanked the hospital leaders for providing a good platform and strong support, enabling everyone to work at ease and conduct practical research.Now the article has been published, with achievements, there is more pressure and motivation.Compared with the joy of the publication of the paper, we have a kind of expectation for the follow-up work.At present, the team is mainly engaged in basic and clinical research on hematological tumors. We hope to make good use of the resources of the hospital in the future, cooperate closely with the clinical departments of the hospital, and make breakthroughs in the treatment of blood diseases with integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine.For scientific research work, Dr. Zhang Ji experience quite deep.In his opinion, it is normal to do research for a year or two without results.When encountering difficulties and bottlenecks in the project, we should be confident and open-minded, actively consult literature and communicate with high-level experts in the field, so as to overcome difficulties and finally achieve success.Dr Munford also stressed that it is very important to the scientific research team, especially with more exchanges and cooperation in the field of high level team, way of thinking, learning experience, so as to little detours, integrate resources, improve the quality of scientific research, with the expert in the field of communication, improve their scientific research team of scientific research ability, produce high quality results.For the publication of the paper, Dr. Zhang Ji also shared his own experience.He pointed out that to publish high-score articles, the quality of research content is the basis, topic selection and project innovation is the key, researchers need to practice internal skills, solid experimental data, improve the quality of the paper.In addition, we should pay more attention to the research field that different journals focus on at ordinary times, and do not blindly contribute to the paper.
